05c2d18709 Merge branch 'update-vagrantfile' into 'master' 
Update Vagrantfile and docs to clarify v1.4.3 is ok

Saw in the server docs that we were recommending 1.3.x and saying 1.4.x was broken. I've confirmed that 1.4.x works, and updated things accordingly. Higher version might work, but figured minimal change to build stuff was best :)

93adee0e2b do not include timestamps in .gz files of docs 
The timestamps in the .gz files are not used for anything, and they break
the reproducibility of the build.  Giving --no-name means gzip will not
save the filename and timestamp in the gz file itself.  When gunziping, the
current file name will be used, minus the .gz suffix.

For people wanting to understand where the metadata is coming from, it is
useful to have a note about what the metadata tag is generated from in the
app description file.

e07d35f913 New field: scandelete, like scanignore but deleting 
Also, many improvements:

* scanning algorithm is much clearer
* Now paths start by '/', which means the repo dir root.
  - If they don't, '/' is added
  - If they start by './', the dot is removed
  - If "." is in the paths, it is replaced by "/"
* Handling/removing of problems is much easier
* Removed last initfun/funambol bits

715035a707 Introduce disable= as a better way of disabling a build 
Prefixing commit ID with ! and a message will still work, but that's
very silly. Using disable= is now the correct way.

d63195cafc Improved the description of "Auto Name" in Manual 
It was not clear, at least to me, where Auto Name is exactly used. This
change clarifies that it's actually used by the auto update
scripts. Furthermore replace the "It", whis "The Auto Name entry", since
it's not obvious if the "It" refers to "Auto Name" or the
"commit (description)".

81faf2fb04 Revert "import doesn't work for bitbucket any more" 
This reverts commit 2a21d0f - this just needs fixing (i.e. updating
to take into account their change of site layout, which it has to
scrape to get some information), raither than removing from the
documentation. See issue #143
